- Up to 8 hours/month consulting (virtual or on-site as needed; travel billed separately)

- Comprehensive activity log with weekly executive summaries (time, calls, deliverables tracked)

Tier 4: Embedded Expert

- Up to 12 hours/month consulting

- Priority site visits and multi-project collaboration (excluding travel expenses)
